Delivery Options
UAE: Enjoy complimentary next-day delivery across the UAE on all orders.
Other GCC: Express delivery in 2-3 working days is AED 90.
Rest of the World: A flat delivery charge of AED 90 (USD 25) applies for all express international shipments in 3-5 working days across major destinations worldwide.
Order Processing - UAE
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UAE time) are typically processed on the same day and scheduled for next day delivery.
Orders received after this cut-off will be processed on the next business day, and delivery will occur the day after processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or SMS.

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends, and Ramadan.
We are not responsible for lost packages if the customer has provided the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping/delivery address for an order. If a wrong or incomplete delivery address is provided, BANÛ cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Cancellation Policy
