Returns
Regular Priced Items
We want you to love every Banû piece — but if something doesn’t work out, we’ve made returns simple and transparent. We offer refunds, store credit, or exchange depending on the return window:
- Within 3 days of delivery — Refund to original payment method (AED 25 return fee will be deducted).
- Within 7 days of delivery — Store credit issued to your wallet which you can use to place a new order if you wish to exchange.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).
Sale Items
Please note, items purchased on sale, are not eligible for a refund. However, we understand that you may change your mind. Thus, sale items may be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase, subject to the items being in unused and original condition.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email help@banuedition.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll share the return instructions and address. Please note:
- Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
- Refunds, store credits, or exchanges will only be processed once the returned items are inspected and approved.
Issuing Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds (within 3 days) — Once approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method, minus a AED 25 return fee. Allow up to 14 working days for processing, plus any additional time by your bank or card provider.
- Store Credit (within 7 days) — Once approved returns will be credited to your Banû wallet within 3–5 business days after inspection. You can use this store credit to place a new order if you wish to exchange the product.
If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you, and no refund, credit, or exchange will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at help@banuedition.com immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale items
- Accessories or hygiene-sensitive products
- Items returned without tags or signs of wear
Exchanges
We do not offer direct or automatic exchanges.
If you wish to switch sizes, styles, or products, please return the item within 7 days to receive store credit, which you can then use to place a new order. We cannot guarantee the availability of the requested item/size by the time we receive your request.
Cancellations
Due to our fast fulfillment process, cancellations are not possible once your order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
